Ok so update……..

I AM GOING TO BALI

I leave in 4.5 hours.

The race is on.

Need to email a million people with urgent work stuff, finalise some stag do preps, repack my bag, do my washing, have a shower, eat more food and get the rest to take (Greta is currently making me a lunchbox – shes soooo awesome), get to the airport (the guy we are staying with has offered a lift! legend), check in and organise my money in USD for the visa to get into Bali.

I’m on to it.

I have no clue what the situation is the other end when I arrive as nothing is booked accommodation wise, I havent heard if I can do my sadhana (silent meditation), and I don’t even know if my meditation teacher is even in the country!

But my soul feels like it REALLY wants to go so I’m trusting it 🙂 I’ll just turn up at the ashram around Midnight and see if anyone is still up (they work on odd hours sometimes!), if not i’ll sleep on the stage and hope to speak to someone in the morning.

Upside is I have been to Bali before, so know where to get a taxi to when I arrive, and if I don’t manage to do my sadhana I’ll get a 5 day holiday in Bali, writing, reading and meditating at the super powerful temples. Which in my books doesn’t sound that bad an alternative if following my heart DOESN’T work out! Oh and I’ll get to see my buddies at Green School Bali (see toolbox for more info) and put a load of flyers for Luminate Festival around in Ubud.

 

Either way.
