THE

SCIENCE OF SELF

Knowledge creates belief, belief creates change.

Welcome! I am Gayle.

I help you to identify and clear blocks, understand yourself, align to your higher values and purpose, and facilitate YOU to take action to make a real difference in your life.

I teach you the science to help you understand your relationships, your body, mind and soul, and give you practical tools you can use to put that science into action. In love and purpose.

Create the change in your life you want!

Grief – It’s all about perception

31 March at 03:48

So, today started as being my most challenging so far… yet that’s not how it has left me.

Emotionally juggling my Mums death, my dying Nana, the complete overload of logistics that comes along with not just one death in your close family but two, the readjustments of a relationship, the want to make Greta’s birthday special, and the random sobbing episodes that sprinkled this mornings adventures when everything was just a little too much….

However, do you know what I see when I look back at my day?

All the beautifulness…

daffodil

– The perfectness of the daffodil on the altar, its vibrant colour and perfect form.
– The close hugs of family that envelope your all and take away your fears.
– The vision of a seagull stationary gliding on the strong winds as they blow.
– The wonderfulness that lies in a warm, fruited scone with melting clotted cream and strawberry jam.
– The taste of good English tea, served in vintage tea cups.
– The design and history of English buildings.
– The feeling of home gained by being surrounded by family reunited
– The exhilaration of leaning into powerful winds blowing across the open sea.
– The appreciation for patterns formed by waves sweeping towards the shoreline and hitting the beams beneath the pier.
– The feeling of warm love as you take care of a passed relative.
– The sight of a tray of cupcakes dressed in pretty polka dot cups and made with care.
– The feeling of love that is put into making something special for someone else.
– The connection in sharing your life openly with your family, and it being received.
– The calmness gained from memories of a far away land, written in a poem.
– The beauty that is in the lines on the face of an old lady who has lived a good life, who is resting in a permanent state of sleep.
– The feeling of overwhelming gratitude and never-ending love for the support of friends with big hearts.
– That sense of belonging.
– The peace and strength of connection with Divine Love that fills a soul through meditation.
– The warmth of a hot shower after a long day.
– The feeling of familiarity from an old hoodie.
– The ever present feeling of the Divine, that sense of something bigger than self, that sense of knowing that everything is just beautiful.

Life is all about perception.

We are surrounded by the most abundant and beautiful world.

And I could not be more grateful.

For it all.
